Stephanie
Director of Audiology
Stephanie graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a Masters degree in Audiology in 1995. With over 26 years experience in providing hearing care, Stephanie has developed the skills and knowledge needed to find solutions to even the most complex hearing loss cases. When she is not busy caring for her patients, Stephanie can be found at home in her role of mother to her three adopted children.
Jim
Director of Client Care
Jim brings over 16 years of experience in the hearing care field, having worked in senior management roles with some of the biggest names in the business. Jim was motivated to enter the hearing care field after seeing his father, a WW2 veteran, struggle with hearing loss for his entire adult life. Jim’s core philosophy is that doing what is best for our patients is also the best thing for our business.
James
Director of Operations
James has over 30 years of experience in business management. After studying mathematics at the University of Waterloo, James worked in the insurance and pension benefits industry for 7 years before co-founding a software company where he spent eleven years involved in all aspects of growing the company from basement startup to a multi-million dollar sales leader. Since 2005, James has been involved in the management of several technology-based companies focused on generating business through web marketing which made the transition to Zoom Hearing a perfect fit.
